On January 30th, Sheriff Mack (and several dozen volunteers) organized a conference in Las Vegas designed to educate the County Sheriff about his authority over the federal government. That first convention was a huge success by all accounts, and the most common sentiment expressed afterward is that there should be a continuing series of these events.
The next such convention is scheduled once again in Las Vegas at the South Point Hotel. This convention is being held from September 16th through the 18th, which includes Constitution Day. Another list of notable speakers is being arranged, and I will once again do my best to rattle the sheriff's world view with my thought provoking presentation on the Bill of Rights.
Why should you be concerned about sponsoring one or more sheriffs to the event? For your own peace and tranquility. A person would have to be blind, dumb, and stupid not to realize that federal agents or your local SWAT units are preparing to occupy our cities. Even if you can see and hear, being stupid would be enough for you to remain in denial. The only way to peacefully prevent federal violence is to have a Sheriff who is knowledgable and brave enough to interpose his/her authority between you and the federal threat. The only way to have a Sheriff who has the requisite knowledge and bravery is to send them to Las Vegas so they can exchange experiences with their fellow sheriffs, and understand that they are not alone.
Therefore I am asking you to call your County Sheriff and sponsor their travel to Las Vegas next month. The cost is $299 plus the cost of airfare. Please contact Michele Imburgia at 214-714-5974 to coordinate the arrangements for your sheriff. If you love Liberty more than life itself, you can visit CSPOA.org to contribute as much as you can afford. As Thomas Paine so famously said, "The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly."
Please help us make this second event as successful as the first.
Lighting the fires of Liberty, one heart at a time!
